Your data in your Encyro account is stored in our data centers located within the US. Additional locations may be added at any time. All locations will meet our security standards, and maintain the privacy of your data as promised in our privacy policy as well as to comply with required regulations.
With the standard Encyro accounts, you cannot control which data center is selected. Your data may be stored or backed up on US data centers even if you are located in Europe and only use your Encyro account from Europe.
DFARS customers: If you had a custom US Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) compliant Encyro account created through us, your data will be stored only in the US, in dedicated data centers that serve US government data.
Specify Country: If you need your account to be hosted in a specific country, please contact us to find out if a custom account can be created for you. Verification of your regulatory requirements and eligibility may be needed.
