You may cancel your membership at any time. And no, you do not need to call a special phone number during specific business hours and then hold for an agent. Encyro makes it fast and easy.
If canceling an organizational membership, you must have removed all other users from the organization (refunds will be issued for all eligible licenses when the membership is cancelled).
Cancellation Steps
- Once logged in to your Encyro account, click on Settings in the top right hand corner of your screen. Under Settings, below the Payment History button, you will see a Cancel Pro button.
2. Click "Cancel Pro" and you will see a popup window with an option to contact support if there are any issues we may fix.
3. Click on "Continue to Cancel".
4. Kindly select a reason for cancellation as this will help us tremendously in improving our product and service. Any feedback is very welcome!

NOTE: Before continuing further, please make sure you've updated your clients to stop using your upload page.
5. Once you've selected a reason, click on "Cancel Now" and your membership will be cancelled. If the cancellation is eligible for a refund (see Refund Policy below), your refund will be issued automatically.
6. The final refund amount will be displayed after cancellation. If you had removed users, those licenses will also be refunded if eligible.
Refund Policy
Refunds are calculated as follows:
- For cancellations within the first month of your first subscription purchase, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- After the first month:
- Yearly plans receive a pro-rated refund for the unused time.
- Monthly plans will be cancelled at the end of the currently paid period (no refunds).
- Unused SMS credits are not refunded, but may be restored if you purchase your membership again within 6 months.
